Horrible customer service!!!! I called to order my food and instead of being greeted as a paying customer I was talked to as if I was causing a problem by attempting to place an order with the a young lady by the name of Latina. Don't know if all the employees at this establishment are this disrespectful and unprofessional but what i do know is...anybody who doesn't respect a hardworking, paying customer deserves doesn't deserve to have your hard earned money. I'll never try to eat here again!!!!

The quality is not as good as it used to be . And customer service is completely out of the question they are so rude . I eat there quite often but I will never do it again . They always lose my order and end up missing my lunch break . Save your time and money and go somewhere else that appreciates it .

Had a 70 dollar order. I have everything BUT my sweet and sour chicken. I even have the sauce but not the chicken that my mother ordered. I call and a nice lady says it will take 30-40 minutes to send it out. Okay we paid for it whatever. 1 hr and 15 minutes later and i call and this lady without good english is arguing with me saying i already have it when I do indeed not. Ive never had a problem ive never been disrespectful and especially have never been a liar and then she starts yelling and saying well you just need to wait after basically telling me I'm lying and i have it. Which I dont. We are 1hr and 30 minutes in and my mother has still not received the food she paid for. I am beyond angry i will get her chicken for her tonight or her money back and ig my favorite place to eat just lost mine and my families business.
