Title: 2021/3/6 12:05:48: I placed an order when it got to me the crab rangoon wan not in it and the sweet and pungent combo wa sweet and sour chicken. And no Rice .. do you enjoy ripping people off

Title: 2021/3/20 17:39:59: We ordered 3-17 for pickup. Almost a 74$ order. Waited for an hour to go pick up the order. We were told that is wasn't finished yet. 20 minutes later, they gave up 1 bag of food. We were missing 4 items. 2 complete meals, spring rolls, and Rangoon. Brought this to the attention of the female working. She the lady working was completely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. 10-12 minutes later we inquired about where the rest of our food was. She literally said, “ I’ll check on it” she never did. She kept answering the phone and giving other customers their food. Approached the counter to ask how much longer it would be and the only thing she said over and over again was” you need to be on the other side of the table”. I was wearing an n95 mask, but she refused to give me an eta. I returned to the front of the restaurant and a gentleman brought 2 of the items. He did not know we were still needing the other two items. He was quite pleasant, apologetic, and quickly gave us the rest of the order. 1 hour and 38 minutes to get out order with no apologies from the front end staff. Completely unacceptable. I will not order again, SH

Title: 2020/9/21 16:05:48: Delivery Driver says WTF while walking off from my vehicle because I did not leave a tip. Couldn’t understand a word he said on phone but heard that clear as day.. will no longer use delivery service or give them my business at all..

Title: 2020/3/7 19:02:26: This restaurant employees have a nasty attitude their wait time sucks and has the nerve when I walk in to pickup my order a roach meeting me at the counter along with my food waiting on the counter I will never go here again and I pray for the food they are feeding everyone #nastyasses

I called to order my food and instead of being greeted as a paying customer I was talked to as if I was causing a problem by attempting to place an order with the a young lady by the name of Latina. Don't know if all the employees at this establishment are this disrespectful and unprofessional but what i do know is...anybody who doesn't respect a hardworking, paying customer deserves doesn't deserve to have your hard earned money. I'll never try to eat here again!!!!
